Publication of prospectus regarding the offer by Danzas Sweden AB to the shareholders of ASG AB (publ) is announced on May 21, 1999. The prospectus contains information regarding the Offer by Danzas Sweden AB to the shareholders of ASG AB (publ). The Offer in Brief: Series A and B shares: SEK 265 in cash Series C shares: Nominal value of SEK 10 plus accrued interest in cash Acceptance period:25 May -14 June 1999 The prospectus contains information regarding the Offer and will be distributed to all the shareholders who were registered on 20 May, 1999 and to whom the Offer applies. The prospectus will also be available in all the Swedish branches of Nordbanken.
