Company Announcement No. 106, 2022 - Fixing of coupons with effect as from 1 October 2022

The coupons for the Capped floaters listed below will be changed taking effect 1 October 2022. The new coupons will be in force from 1 October 2022 – 31 March 2023.

Capped floater with a 5 per cent interest rate cap, CF

DK0002021427, maturity 2041, new coupon as per 1 October 2022:   2.64% p.a.

Capped floater with a 6 per cent interest rate cap, CF OA

DK0002021500, maturity 2041, new coupon as per 1 October 2022:   2.64% p.a.
