Company Announcement No. 107, 2017 - Result of the auction of EURIBOR3 covered mortgage bonds.

Nordea Kredit Realkreditaktieselskab has today completed the auction of covered mortgage bonds (SDRO) to refinance floating rate loans by 1 January 2018. At the auction bonds with a nominal amount of EUR 180m were sold at price 100.20. The bid-to-cover was 3.44.

The auction resulted in an add-on to the fixing of the EURIBOR3M interest rate of 0.30 %-points. This add-on will be valid for the whole maturity of the bond.

The coupon of the ISIN-code DK0002040138 NDAEURIBOR3 OA21RF will in the period 1 January 2018 to 31 March 2018 be set at 3 month EURIBOR quoted on 21 December 2017
Multiplied by 365/360 plus an add-on at 0.30 %-points (the auction result).
