Company announcement no. 22, 2019 – Nordea Kredit opens a new zero-coupon 10-year bond maturing in 2030

Nordea Kredit will open a new fixed rate covered mortgage bond (SDRO) maturing October 1, 2030.

The new bond is in DKK, callable and has a zero per cent coupon.

The bond will be registered with VP SECURITIES and Nordea Kredit will apply for admission to trading for the new bond at NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S.

The final terms of the new bond will be published in a separate company announcement.
