Nordea Kredit Realkreditaktieselskab hereby publishes supplement no. 2 to Base Prospectus for the Issuance of Mortgage Bonds (ROs) and Covered Mortgage Bonds (SDROs) for Nordea Kredit Realkreditaktieselskab dated 24 February 2020.

The amendment to the Base Prospectus was a consequence of

  • the publication of the half year report 2020
  • recent changes in the Executive Management
