Company announcement no. 75, 2019 – Supplement no. 1 to Base Prospectus

Nordea Kredit Realkreditaktieselskab hereby publishes supplement no. 1 to Base Prospectus for the Issuance of Mortgage Bonds (ROs) and Covered Mortgage Bonds (SDROs) for Nordea Kredit Realkreditaktieselskab dated 19 February 2019.

The amendment to the Base Prospectus was a consequence of

- the publication of the half year report 2019
- the election of Head of Products and Development Marte Kopperstad to the Board of Directors of Nordea Realkreditaktieselskab and
- minor adjustments to the text on negative interest rate so that fixed rate callable bonds with negative coupon (if necessary) can be opened under the prospectus
