Nordea Kredit Realkreditaktieselskab hereby publishes base prospectus supplement No 1 to its Base Prospectus for mortgage credit bonds (realkreditobligationer – RO) and covered mortgage credit bonds (særligt dækkede realkreditobligationer – SDRO) dated 28 November 2025.

The new base prospectus supplement is published in connection with the Annual Report for 2025 for Nordea Kredit Realkreditaktieselskab which was published earlier today.
