The final terms attached replace the final terms published on 10 April 2024 in order to clarify that ISIN DK0002060672 is a green bond.

In the final terms published on 10 April 2024 the bond type was not specified as SDRO, G in table 2.

Furthermore the interest rate premium/discount has been updated for ISINs DK0002060599 and DK0002060672 in table 3.
