Nordea Kredit Realkreditaktieselskab today appointed deputy Chief Executive Officer Claus H. Greve as interim Chief Executive Officer until the recruitment of a new Chief Executive Officer has been finalized. At the same time the present Chief Executive Officer Peter Smith leaves Nordea as mentioned 6 December 2018 in the company announcement no. 124.
The Executive Management in Nordea Kredit Realkreditaktieselskab then consist of Claus H. Greve (interim CEO) and Kamilla Hammerich Skytte (Deputy CEO).
Further Nordea Kredit Realkreditaktieselskab presented the attached Year-end Report 2018 with the following key points:
- High focus on enhanced customer experience and new digital services.
- Net profit excluding the IFRS 9 transition effect was DKK 1,733m (DKK 1,750m). Including the transition effect, net profit was DKK 1,593m
- Total staff and administrative expenses were down by 9% to DKK 286m (DKK 314m) driven by strong cost focus.
- Lending volumes at nominal value increased by 1% to DKK 387bn at end-2018 (DKK 384bn).
- Continued high credit quality and loan losses at a low level.
