Annual General Meeting of Nordea on 24 April Nordea AB (publ) has today summoned its shareholders to the Annual General Meeting to be held on Wednesday 24 April 2002 at 15.00 Swedish time in Aula Magna, Stockholm University, with the possibility for shareholders to participate in the Meeting via video simulcast at 16.00 Finnish time at Finlandia Hall in Helsinki and at 15.00 Danish time at the Scandic Hotel Copenhagen.
