Norden Technology AS changes its ownership in Anoto Group AB

Norden Technology annual general meeting today resolved to reorganize its holding in Anoto Group AB by distribution of 13.1 million shares in Anoto to Norden Technology shareholders. Before the transfer Norden Technology owned 22.6 million shares (17.6%). After the transfer Norden Technology owns 9.5 million shares (7.4%) in Anoto Group.
