Amendment of yearly coupon for NORDEN bonds issued 28 june 2021

At 1 July 2023 the coupon on senior unsecured bonds issued 28 June 2021 (announcement no. 70/21) will change from LIBOR + 4.75% to SOFR +5.01161%.

Listing prospectus of 14 October 2021 is attached to this company announcement together with Amendment Agreement at 1 July 2023. Both documents are also available from www.norden.com.
