“Referring to Dampskibsselskabet NORDEN A/S' announcement no. 7 of 10 March
2009 and as global coordinator and bookrunner in Kristiansands Tankrederi A/S'
sale of up to 4,723,060 shares in Dampskibsselskabet NORDEN A/S through an
Accelerated Bookbuilt Offering (“ABO”), SEB Enskilda hereby announces that as
of today's date the book of demand in the ABO exceeds the maximum available of
4,723,060 shares. No decisions on price or size have been taken.
