Outcome of extraordinary general meeting in Dampskibsselskabet ”NORDEN” A/S

At the Company's extraordinary general meeting today, the proposal from the
Board of Directors that the Company's share capital be reduced by nominally DKK
1,475,000 through cancellation of 1,475,000 treasury shares and that the
Articles of Association be amended according to this was adopted.
