NORDEN sells vessel

The Group has agreed to sell the Handymax bulkcarrier NORD VIKING. The price
amounts to USD 54.7 million. 

NORD VIKING, 45,208 dwt, was built in 1994, and it is expected that the vessel
will be delivered to the new owner during the first quarter of 2008, when the
profit from the sale of approximately USD 37.9 million after tax will be
recognised. 
 
As earlier announced, the Group has sold 2 MR product tankers and 2
bulkcarriers, also for delivery in 2008, with a total profit of approximately
USD 86 million after tax. 

Thus, the total profit of sold vessels for delivery in 2008 amounts to
approximately USD 123.9 million after tax.
