Dampskibsselskabet NORDEN A/S – Weekly report on share buyback
On 25 January 2011, NORDEN initiated a share buyback programme in compliance with the EU Commission Regulation no. 2273/2003 of 22 December 2003, the so-called Safe Harbour method.
Under the programme, NORDEN will purchase treasury shares for DKK 170 million in the period from 25 January 2011 to 31 March 2011.
Since the announcement of 21 February 2011, the following transactions have been made under the share buyback programme:

Since the share buyback programme was initiated on 25 January 2011, the total number of repurchased shares is 453,000 at a total amount of DKK 86,850,830.
With the transactions stated above, NORDEN holds a total of 2,940,696 treasury shares, corresponding to 6.59%. The total number of shares in NORDEN is 44.6 million. Adjusted for treasury shares, the number of shares is 41,659,304 .
