Financial calendar 2013
Dampskibsselskabet NORDEN A/S has planned the following dates in 2013 for annual and interim reports and the annual general meeting, etc.:
| 6 March 2013 | Annual report 2012 (expected to be published before 9:00 hours CET) | |
| 13 March 2013 | Final deadline for any shareholder requests to include specific issues on the agenda for the annual general meeting | |
| 24 April 2013 | Annual general meeting (Radisson Blu Falconer Hotel & Conference Center, Falkoner Allé 9, DK-2000 Frederiksberg at 15:00 hours CET) | |
| 15 May 2013 | Interim report – first quarter 2013 (expected to be published before 9:00 hours CET) | |
| 14 August 2013 | Interim report – first half-year 2013 (expected to be published before 9:00 hours CET) | |
| 13 November 2013 | Interim report – third quarter 2013 (expected to be published before 9:00 hours CET) | |
