Jacob Meldgaard resigns from the Executive Management in NORDEN

Executive Vice President and member of the Executive Management in
Dampskibsselskabet NORDEN A/S, Jacob Meldgaard, ends his employment with the
Company as of today upon his own notice of resignation. However, Jacob
Meldgaard will be available for the Company during a transitional period. 

The Company will recruit a new head of the Dry Cargo Department in-house.

President & CEO Carsten Mortensen hereafter constitutes the Executive
Management.
