Market rumours – interim dividend

 ANNOUNCEMENT NO. 223 - 28 OCTOBER 2022

The Company has been made aware that there is information circulating in the market concerning a potential dividend payout of DKK 25 per share in connection with the upcoming Q3 result. NORDEN can confirm that there are ongoing internal considerations related to a pay-out of dividend, which will be finally decided on the Company’s ordinary board meeting on 3 November 2022.

The Company has no further comments.
