Stephen Kunzer to resign from NORDEN's Board of Directors

 ANNOUNCEMENT NO. 17 - 18 JANUARY 2023

Board member Stephen Kunzer will resign from NORDEN’s Board of Directors with effect from 31 January 2023.

The resignation is a result of Stephen Kunzer taking up the position as CEO of Lila Global as of 6 February 2023.

Klaus Nyborg, Chair, elaborates:

“In connection with taking up the position as CEO of Lila Global, Stephen Kunzer has decided to resign from his position as board member in NORDEN. We thank Stephen for his valuable contribution to the NORDEN Board over the past 5 years.”

The Board will initiate a search for a suitable candidate for the Board.
