Valter Pasanen, GM Veterinary in Nordhealth AS (the "Company"), has on 22 May 2023 through Oy Pasanen & Co Oy bought a total of 6,527 A shares in the Company at an average price of NOK 20.30 per share.

Following the transaction, Valter Pasanen holds a total of 73,643 A shares and 402,796 B shares in the Company through Oy Pasanen & Co Oy.
