Mandatory notification of trade

Valter Pasanen, GM Veterinary in Nordhealth AS (the "Company"), has on 23 May 2023 through Oy Pasanen & Co Oy bought a total of 3,800 A shares in the Company at an average price of NOK 21.67 per share.

Following the transaction, Valter Pasanen holds a total of 77,443 A shares and 402,796 B shares in the Company through Oy Pasanen & Co Oy.
