Mandatory notification of trade

Didier Breton, Chairman of the Board in Nordhealth AS (the "Company"), has on 26 May 2023 bought 100,000 A shares in the Company at a price of NOK 23 per share.

Following the transaction, Didier Breton holds a total of 200,000 A shares in the Company.
