Mandatory notification of trade

Charles MacBain, CEO in Nordhealth AS (the "Company"), has on 29 June 2023 bought 330,000 A shares in the Company at a price of NOK 25 per share.

Following the transaction, Charles MacBain holds a total of 5,475,746 A shares in the Company. In addition, he holds 4,904,387 A shares and 29,794,638 B shares indirectly, through Three Plus Group S.A.
