Nordhealth appoints new Chief Financial Officer, as current CFO transitions to CEO of Nordhealth’s veterinary business unit

Nordhealth AS (NORDH) announces the appointment of Mari Orttenvuori as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prior to joining Nordhealth, Ms. Orttenvuori has held the position of CFO at Enfo, a Nordic IT service company, CFO at M-Brain, a global competitive & market intelligence solutions company and VP of Finance at Oriola, a Nordic health and wellbeing company.

The appointment is the result of a long-term plan to transition the current CFO of Nordhealth, Valter Pasanen, to the position of CEO of Nordhealth’s veterinary business unit. Both will assume their new roles on the 3rd of January 2022.
