Nordhealth AS completes share buyback program

With reference to the share buyback program announced 5 June 2023, Nordhealth AS (”the Company”) has reached the buyback program’s maxiumum consideration of NOK 4 million as of 30 June. Under the share buyback program the Company purchased 154,013 of its own shares in the period 5 June 2023 to 30 June 2023 at an average price of NOK 25.9717 per share for a total consideration of NOK 3,999,975.21.

From 23 June 2023 until 30 June 2023, Nordhealth purchased a total of 35,800 own shares at an average price of NOK 27.0956 per share.
