Notice is given to the shareholders of Nordhealth AS (the ”Company”) that an Extraordinary General Meeting will be held on Thursday, February 17, 2022 at 10:00 hours (CET) at the Company's offices at Eikremsvingen 9, 6422 Molde, Norway.

Due to the Covid-19 situation, the Company recommends shareholders to participate by means of advance votes or  provide a proxy with voting instructions.
