The duration of the buy-back programme: 5 June 2023 until no later than 31 December 2023 or the maximum share size or consideration has been reached.
Size of the buy-back programme: Up to 400,000 shares, for a maximum consideration of NOK 4,000,000.
From 14 June 2023 until 22 June 2023, Nordhealth has purchased a total of 97,335 own shares at an average price of NOK 26.1525 per share.
