Nordic Aqua Partners AS - Mandatory notification of trade

Nordic Aqua Partners AS (Euronext Growth Ticker: NOAP) has been notified that the following transaction has been completed by a close associate of a primary insider in Nordic Aqua Partners:

Atle Eide, Chairman of the board of directors in Nordic Aqua Partners AS, has indirectly bought 20,000 shares in Nordic Aqua Partners through Maringto AS for a price of NOK 92 per share. After the transaction, Maringto AS holds 157,146 shares.
