Appointments in Nordic Baltic Holding

Appointments in Nordic Baltic Holding Markets' management and organisational structure within Corporate and Institutional Banking is now in place. Markets' staff of some 650 is responsible for interest rate and FX products as well as research. Peter Nyegaard has already been appointed head of this area and Christer Serenhov deputy head with responsibility for Global Products. Other members of Markets' Executive Management Group comprise Mads Jakobsen responsible for Global Sales, Christian Hyldahl responsible for Debt Capital Markets and Derivatives and Pirjo Jääskeläinen responsible for Financial Control. Management change in Asset Management In Asset Management, Staffan Grefbäck will be responsible for Long Term Savings & Life and Mutual Funds and Eira Palin Lehtinen for Nordic Private Banking. We further inform that Managing Director Allan Polack's has decided to leave his position as at 1 July 2000 to set up new ventures in the e-business area.
