Appointments in Nordic Baltic Holding

Appointments in Nordic Baltic Holding MeritaNordbanken and Unidanmark have appointed the management of the com- bined IT organisation. The group's IT organisation comprises a total staff of 2,500, including consultants. Bengt-Åke Eriksson will become Head of IT and will be in charge of the en- tire IT organisation in Nordic Baltic Holding. Kurt Nørrisgaard will be in charge of Banking Application Development 1, comprising the development of IT systems for Investment Banking, Asset Management, and Corporate and Institutional Banking as well as joint is- sues of Banking Application Development 1 and 2. Kristian Stockmann will be in charge of Banking Application Development 2, comprising the development of IT systems for Retail, and Group Staffs & Service Units. Jørn Petersen will become Head of Infrastructure. Infrastructure, which covers both bank and insurance, comprises the development of infrastruc- ture, the introduction of new technology, purchasing and supplier rela- tions as well as IT security. Esa Niskanen will become Head of IT Operations. The unit, which covers bank and insurance, comprises IT operation and the provision of IT serv- ices to the business areas. Carsten Dalsgaard will become Head of Insurance Application Development, comprising the development of IT systems on the insurance side. Urban Claesson has been appointed IT Transformation Manager in Sweden. A similar position has been created in Finland, which will be filled as soon as possible.
