Merger between MeritaNordbanken and Unidanmark accepted Shareholders representing more than 90 per cent of the shares in Unidanmark A/S have accepted the share exchange offer by Nordic Baltic Holding (NBH) AB (publ). All other conditions for the exchange offer have also been met. - We are glad that our joint Nordic and Baltic vision has been overwhelmingly well received by shareholders, customers and employees of the new group. Shareholders representing well over 90 per cent of the Unidanmark shares have accepted the offer by Nordic Baltic Holding (NBH) AB (publ) to the shareholders of Unidanmark A/S announced on 6 March 2000. Each share in Unidanmark will be exchanged for 12.704 newly issued shares in Nordic Baltic Holding. The exact number of shares for which the offer has been accepted will be published as soon as registrations have been finally counted. All necessary conditions for the offer by Nordic Baltic Holding have been met. Confirmation of the timetable for the exchange of the Unidanmark shares for Nordic Baltic Holding shares and the date from which the Nordic Baltic Holding shares will be listed on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange as well as further information concerning the merger will be announced shortly.
