Unidanmark shares to be delisted and remaining shares to be redeemed

Unidanmark shares to be delisted and remaining shares to be redeemed Pursuant to sections 20b and 20c of the Danish Companies Act, Nordic Baltic Holding and the Supervisory Board of Unidanmark have made a joint decision to redeem the Unidanmark shares which have not been transferred to Nordic Baltic Holding by 30 May 2000, when the exchange offer dated 2 May 2000 expires. The Supervisory Board of Unidanmark has filed an application with the Copenhagen Stock Exchange for delisting of Unidanmark A/S shares with the last day of trading on 28 June 2000. The remaining shares will be redeemed at a price of DKK 640.
