Additional financing for Keliber

Nordic Mining’s associated company Keliber Oy (“Keliber”) in Finland has secured additional equity financing of approximately EUR 0.4 million.

The new equity comes in addition to the proceeds of EUR 2.2 million which was announced 27 June 2014. In total, Keliber has completed equity financing of approximately EUR 2.6 million in 2014.

Due to strict focus on the Engebø rutile project with the purpose to secure the approval of the industrial area plan and the application for waste disposal, Nordic Mining has not participated in the share issues in Keliber. As a consequence, Nordic Mining’s shareholding in Keliber has been reduced to approximately 25.0%.
