Annual report for 2010

In stock exchange announcement 31 March 2011, Nordic Mining informed of the approval of the financial statements for 2010.

Please find enclosed the annual report for 2010 (Norwegian version). The report will be available on the company's website www.nordicmining.com. Preparation of an English version of the annual report is ongoing and publication will be announced later.
