Board member subscribes for shares in the Subsequent Offering

On 23 January 2018, board member Mari Thjømøe through the family company ThjømøeKranen AS subscribed 30,000 shares in the ongoing Subsequent Offering in Nordic Mining at a subscription price of NOK 3.20 per share. ThjømøeKranen AS has been allocated 4,338 subscription rights, and will receive 4,338 shares in the issue. In addition, ThjømøeKranen AS may be allocated up to 25,662 shares based on the subscription for shares without subscription rights. 

ThjømøeKranen AS owns 130,797 shares in Nordic Mining prior to the transaction.
