Chairman of the board subscribes for shares in the Rights Issue

Chairman of the board, Tarmo Tuominen has today subscribed 22,994 shares in the ongoing Rights Issue in Nordic Mining at a subscription price of NOK 0.60 per share. Tuominen has been allocated 7,753 subscription rights, and he will receive 7,753 shares in the Rights Issue. In addition, Tuominen may be allocated up to 15,241 shares based on the subscription for shares without subscription rights.

Tarmo Tuominen owns 77,677 shares in Nordic Mining prior to the transaction.
