Chairman of the board subscribes for shares in the Subsequent Offering

Chairman of the board Tarmo Tuominen has today subscribed 10,000 shares in the ongoing Subsequent Offering in Nordic Mining at a subscription price of NOK 3.20 per share. Tuominen has been allocated 2,992 subscription rights, and he will receive 2,992 shares in the issue. In addition, Tuominen may be allocated up to 7,008 shares based on the subscription for shares without subscription rights.

Tarmo Tuominen owns 90,224 shares in Nordic Mining prior to the transaction.
