Reference is made to Nordic Mining ASA's ("Nordic Mining") stock exchange notice today regarding the over-subscribed repair issue in Nordic Mining of 10 million shares.

 

Finnish Industry Investment Ltd.'s ("Finnish Industry Investment") shareholding will as a consequence be diluted below the 5% flagging threshold to 4.78% of the shares and voting rights in Nordic Mining once the new shares in the repair issue have been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Finnish Industry Investment holds 6 million shares in Nordic Mining.
