Disclosure of voting rights

As per 29 November 2016, the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Nordic Mining ASA, Kjell Roland, who has been appointed to chair the Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on 5 December 2016, has  received proxies without voting instructions to vote for a total of 26,204,355 shares. In addition, Mr. Roland owns 450,157 shares which he also will represent at the meeting. In total, this corresponds to approximately 5.2% of the total number of shares and votes in the company. The proxies are valid only for the Extraordinary General Meeting.

Nordic Mining holds exploration rights on the Øksfjord Peninsula in Troms and Finnmark, where the Company has discovered a prospective area of sulphide mineralisation. Through the subsidiary Nordic Ocean Resources AS, Nordic Mining is exploring opportunities related to seabed mineral resources.
