Reference is made to today's press release regarding registration of new share capital in Nordic Mining ASA in connection with the directed share issue in favor of the shareholders of Keliber Oy.

 

Dag Dvergsten owns 8,735,655 shares in Nordic Mining ASA through Dag Dvergsten AS and Hasselhaugen AS. As a consequence of the registration of new share capital, Dag Dvergsten's total shareholding in Nordic Mining ASA is reduced from 10.06% to 9.50%. Dag Dvergsten is chairman of the Board of Directors of Nordic Mining ASA.
