VP Mining operations Paul I. Norkyn has 18 January 2010 purchased 50,000 shares in Nordic Mining ASA at a price of NOK 1.24 per share. After the purchase Norkyn holds 142,851 shares in Nordic Mining. In addition, Norkyn has option to buy 275,000 shares at a price of NOK 1.60 per share. The option is valid till June 2010.
