Paul I. Norkyn (VP mining operations) has purchased 30,000 shares in Nordic Mining ASA at a price of NOK 0.46 per share. After the purchase Norkyn holds 60,000 shares in Nordic Mining. Norkyn has option to buy 275,000 shares in Nordic Mining at a price of NOK 1.60 per share. The option is valid till June 2010.
