Mandatory notification of trade

On 15 October 2014, board member Tore Viana-Rønningen transferred 140,000 shares in Nordic Mining to his related company ETVR Invest AS. The agreed price per share transferred is NOK 0.75.

Subsequent to the share transfer ETVR Invest AS owns 140,000 shares in Nordic Mining. ETVR Invest AS holds no options or other rights to shares in Nordic Mining.

After the transfer, Tore Viana-Rønningen holds 0 shares in Nordic Mining.

Viana-Rønningen informs that the purpose of the share transfer is to combine shareholdings and other investments in a family owned company. The shares in ETVR Invest AS are owned by Tore Viana-Rønningen and close family.
