Board member Tore Viana-Rønningen has today through his related company ETVR Invest AS purchased 5,000 shares in Nordic Mining at a price of NOK 0.66 per share.

Subsequent to the share purchase ETVR Invest AS owns 145,000 shares in Nordic Mining. ETVR Invest AS has been allocated 13,974 subscription rights in the ongoing Rights Issue.
