On 17 April 2015, chairman of the board of Nordic Mining ASA, Tarmo Tuominen purchased 100,000 shares in Nordic Mining at a price of NOK 1.80 per share. After the purchase Tarmo Tuominen owns 250,641 shares in Nordic Mining.
