Primary insiders have been allocated in total approximately 2 million new shares in the Rights Issue.
 

Reference is made to stock exchange release today in connection with the completed Rights Issue in Nordic Mining on 26 October 2015.

(2) Each option entitles the holder to subscribe for one share in Nordic Mining ASA at a subscription price of NOK 1.80 per share. The options are valid until 18 May 2016.
(3) The shares are owned through the company ThjømøeKranen AS.
(4) The shares are owned through the company ETVR Invest AS.
(5) The shares and options are owned through the company Magil AS.

All shares have been purchased at a price of NOK 0.45 per share.
