Mandatory notifications of trade

On 12 November 2014, board member Tore Viana-Rønningen through his related company ETVR Invest AS purchased 36,026 subscription rights in the ongoing Rights Issue in Nordic Mining at a price of NOK 0.15 per subscription right. The purchased subscription rights imply that ETVR Invest AS will receive 36,026 shares in the Rights Issue in accordance with previous over-subscription as informed in stock market release 12 November 2014. Subsequent of the Rights Issue ETVR Invest AS will own 195,000 shares in Nordic Mining.

On 12 November 2014, board member Kjell Roland sold 24,955 subscription rights in the ongoing Rights Issue in Nordic Mining at a price of NOK 0.12 per subscription right. Kjell Roland owns 250,000 shares in Nordic Mining.
