New Chairman of the Board in Keliber Oy
Nordic Mining’s CFO, Lars K. Grøndahl has been elected Chairman of the Board in the Finnish lithium company Keliber Oy (“Keliber”). Nordic Mining owns approximately 25% of the share capital and is the largest shareholder in Keliber.
Lars K. Grøndahl comments: “Having concluded a comprehensive and positive pre-feasibility study in March this year, Keliber is now progressing on the definitive feasibility study. Going forward, consideration of financing options will be particularly focused. Both in Finland and internationally, investor interest is building up and together with board colleagues and the management team I look forward to continuing the process to position Keliber as the first producer in Europe of battery grade lithium carbonate.”
