Reference is made to Nordic Mining's stock exchange notice 15 February 2011 regarding the successful subsequent offering.

The subsequent offering of 7,500,000 shares was completed at a subscription price of NOK 1.45. The par value of the issued shares is NOK 0.10. The share capital was increased by NOK 750,000.

The capital increase has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, and the new shares are now tradable. Nordic Mining's share capital is currently NOK 14,547,009.10 divided on 145,470,091 shares.
